Copper Country Electric LLC is growing and hiring Journeyman and Apprentice Electricians to join their team in Hancock, Michigan . As one of the company's early team members, you will work alongside the owner as well as run your own jobs, gain hands-on experience, contribute to day-to-day projects, and help support the company's continued growth. WHAT WE OFFER.

Journeyman Electrician:

$30

• $45 per hour based on experience and skills.

Electrical apprentice opportunities are also available, with pay based on experience. Paid time off. Company provided vehicle. Opportunity for performance bonuses. Full-time, year-round Monday-Friday position generally working from 8am-5pm. Flexibility required for emergency repair callouts which may include evenings, weekends and/or holidays.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR.

The ideal candidate is dependable, skilled, safety-minded, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Those with a Journeyman Electrician card preferred, but hands-on electrical experience matters most. Solid electrical experience required. Knowledge of electrical systems, tools, materials, and safe work practices. Ability to install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and test electrical systems. Understanding of electrical code compliance. Ability to read and follow plans, specifications, and project instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. A responsible, honest, and professional approach to each job. Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members. Valid driver's license required. Willingness to be available for emergency call-outs if needed. Someone able to represent Copper Country Electric with honesty, integrity, and pride in workmanship.
