What We're Looking For Experience with equipment power and data drops Strong control wiring and troubleshooting skills Experience with VFD configuration and troubleshooting Ability to lead a crew of 2 to 3 team members Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and drawings High attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record A willingness to train, mentor, and support developing team members Why Join Hoekstra Electric?
