An Electrician works on electrical systems in buildings. Installs electrical wiring and lighting in new construction, and repairs or upgrade wiring, outlets or other parts of older electrical systems. Checks safety and makes installations or repairs that are in compliance with local building codes. May also specialize in electrical work required in different manufacturing industries, electrical systems for cars, plane or boats, or electrical and lighting work in the film industry.

WHAT WE OFFER.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR.
The ideal candidate is dependable, skilled, safety-minded, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Michigan licensed Journeyman Electrician required. Solid electrical experience required. Knowledge of electrical systems, tools, materials, and safe work practices. Ability to install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and test electrical systems. Understanding of electrical code compliance. Ability to read and follow plans, specifications, and project instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. A responsible, honest, and professional approach to each job. Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members. Valid driver's license required. Willingness to be available for emergency call-outs if needed. Someone able to represent Olson Electric with honesty, integrity, and pride in workmanship.
