Non-Exempt Job Summary :
The Electrical Technician is responsible for installing, assembling, wiring, and testing electrical systems and components within manufactured equipment. This role works from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions to ensure systems are built safely, accurately and in compliance with company and program requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, wire and assembly electrical components and systems. Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and technical drawings. Work with single-phase and three-phase electrical systems. Install conduit and route wiring in accordance with specifications. Build and wire control panels and electrical enclosures. Use testing and measuring devices to very proper operations. Perform troubleshooting and basic diagnostics as needed. Ensure compliance with quality, safety and client standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform other duties as assigned to support production.

Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED preferred. Experience working with single-phase and three-phase electrical systems. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics. Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools. Ability to lift materials and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Prior manufacturing or shop experience. Experience installing conduit and routing wiring. Experience with control panel layouts and electrical components. Familiarity with low-voltage and control wiring system.

From $25.00 per hour
