Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with all local and state codes. Conduct residential service calls to accurately diagnose and resolve electrical issues. Provide upfront pricing to customers and obtain approval prior to performing work. Clearly communicate the scope of work and completed services to customers to ensure satisfaction. Promote and explain Club Membership Agreements to clients, working toward monthly goals. Document all service calls accurately, including task codes, time management, materials used, and job numbers. Submit all job-related paperwork, receipts, and packing slips daily and accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle. Participate in weekly department meetings and ongoing training sessions. Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring proper use, care, and safety practices. Assist with inventory tracking and periodic truck inspections. Debrief with Dispatch upon completion of each job to ensure follow-up as needed. Obtain purchase orders for material pickups and confirm pricing accuracy.
