Job Description
Trades Connector | Skilled Trades & Industrial Staffing Trades Connector is looking for experienced Traveling Electricians to support commercial and industrial construction projects across the country. This is an opportunity for skilled electricians who are comfortable traveling for work and want access to quality projects with dependable scheduling and support. What You'll Do Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems on commercial and industrial job sites Install conduit, wire, cable, panels, fixtures, and other electrical components Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications Perform electrical rough-in, trim, and finish work as required Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Test electrical systems and identify potential issues Follow project specifications, safety requirements, and applicable electrical codes Work closely with Foremen, Project Managers, and other skilled trades Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Perform additional electrical duties based on project needs What We're Looking For Proven experience as a commercial or industrial electrician Ability to read and understand electrical plans and drawings Strong knowledge of electrical installation methods, materials, and tools Ability to work independently and as part of a crew Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability and willingness to travel for project assignments Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred OSHA training or other relevant certifications are a plus Journeyman or equivalent experience preferred; licensing requirements vary by project Travel & Compensation Travel opportunities on commercial and industrial projects Competitive hourly pay based on experience and project requirements Per diem may be available for qualifying travel assignments Overtime opportunities may be available depending on the project Project schedules and durations vary Why Work With Trades Connector At Trades Connector, we connect skilled tradespeople with quality commercial and industrial projects.
