We're looking for someone who knows how to troubleshoot equipment, understands automated manufacturing systems, and can help keep production running safely and efficiently. What You'll DoTroubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems on production equipmentRead and troubleshoot using electrical drawings and schematicsComplete reactive and preventive maintenance assignments using a mobile CMMS devicePerform electrical PM inspections, including wire harnesses, filters, and cable managementTroubleshoot automated manufacturing equipmentWork with conveyors, automation, and mechanical systemsHelp minimize equipment downtime through safe and efficient troubleshootingSupport Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and machine reliability initiativesWork independently and as part of a maintenance teamWork with outside vendors and contractors as neededFollow all electrical safety, ARC flash, and manufacturing safety requirementsWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 3 years of verified industrial electrical experienceStrong troubleshooting experience with automated manufacturing equipmentUnderstanding of machine and grinding mechanicsKnowledge of conveyors, automation, and mechanical systemsMust meet applicable state electrical requirementsUnderstanding of ARC flash regulations and practicesCurrent technical training and experience with newer manufacturing equipmentMust have your own tools (specialty tools excluded)Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentWhy Work with Qualified Staffing?
