In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of electrical systems across industrial and commercial settings. Your expertise will ensure all work complies with safety standards and local electrical codes, including NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code). This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex electrical projects, from renovation to new construction, utilizing your technical knowledge and hands-on skills to deliver high-quality results. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about electrical work. Duties Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and machinery in industrial settings. Conduct preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, motor control circuits, PLC systems, and electrical panels. Assemble and install industrial machinery, mechanical systems, and related equipment. Perform electrical and mechanical inspections, testing, and diagnostics on systems and equipment. Interpret and follow technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics. Collaborate with other trades and technicians to complete large-scale projects. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment. Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities. Provide recommendations for system improvements or upgrades to enhance efficiency and performance. Assist in the installation, calibration, and commissioning of new equipment. Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide on-call support as needed. Experience Journeyman Electrician certification (or equivalent). Minimum [5] years of experience working as an Electrician or in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, circuits, motor control, PLCs, and mechanical systems. Proficient in the use of electrical and mechanical tools and equipment. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in both electrical and mechanical disciplines. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
