Tandem Electric is seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician with a minimum of 4 years of residential electrical experience to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated professional with strong leadership skills who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting with homeowners and contractors, leading projects, troubleshooting complex electrical issues, and representing our company with professionalism. A valid driver's license with a good driving record is required, as you will be operating a company vehicle. Schedule Full-time Four 10-hour days per week, overtime as needed. Responsibilities Residential new construction wiring Residential remodeling projects Electrical installations Service upgrades and panel replacements Service calls, troubleshooting, and diagnostics Communicating professionally with customers and contractors Maintaining a safe, organized, and productive job site and vehicle Qualifications Current Journeyman Electrician License Minimum of 4 years of residential electrical experience Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Leadership skills and the ability to work independently Excellent customer service and communication Valid driver's license with a good driving record Compensation Pay is based on demonstrated experience, skills, and qualifications.
