Job Description

Description:
Electrician Machine Tool Since 1983, HTI Cybernetics® has provided intelligent manufacturing solutions that support and enhance production, including automation systems, material handling solutions, assembly tooling, and collaborative robotics.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Wires automated machinery and control panels by performing the following duties.
  • Reads blueprints to interpret and implement electrical diagrams to wire mechanical assemblies.
  • Wiring robot controllers, j-boxes, panels, robots, assembly lines and building cable trays
  • Wire machinery from drawings and bill of material
  • Install communication blocks and wire Ethernet, auxiliary power and safety circuits
  • Wire 480V
  • Install temporary power
  • Bend and install conduit
  • Prepare tool with I/O block, Device Net and duct work
  • Verify tags, tag units and cords
  • Run cords and dress tool per customer requirements
  • Ability to drill, tap and ream holes
  • Maintains application skills for electrical components, circuits, J.I.C. electrical specifications, NEMA standards.
  • Understands and follows safety & environmental regulations and identifies safety/environmental concerns.
  • Travel to customer sites when needed to assist with machine installation.
  • Any other duties assigned as needed.
Work Hours:
Day Shift:
6:00am
  • 2:30pm (or 4:30pm when needed), Monday
  • Friday, with occasional Saturday's. 50
  • 56 hours per week on average.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
  • 1 + year of experience wiring machinery
  • Must be able to use hand tools
  • Ability to read/interpret blueprints accurately
