An Electrician works on electrical systems in buildings. Installs electrical wiring and lighting in new construction, and repairs or upgrade wiring, outlets or other parts of older electrical systems. Checks safety and makes installations or repairs that are in compliance with local building codes. May also specialize in electrical work required in different manufacturing industries, electrical systems for cars, plane or boats, or electrical and lighting work in the film industry.

Job Description
Your Day May Include:
Troubleshooting and repairing electrical, electronic, and automated equipment Installing and maintaining facility electrical systems, wiring, conduit, and power distribution Supporting machinery such as conveyors, presses, CNC equipment, robots, welders, and other automated systems Diagnosing equipment failures and identifying root causes to minimize downtime Programming, troubleshooting, and modifying PLCs and automation controls Working with Allen-Bradley and other programmable controller platforms Maintaining electrical motors, transformers, lighting systems, sensors, and related components Installing, repairing, and maintaining pneumatic systems and machine controls Supporting preventive and predictive maintenance programs Documenting repairs, maintenance activities, and system improvements Helping improve equipment reliability through continuous improvement initiatives Assisting operators and maintenance team members by sharing troubleshooting knowledge and best practices Required Skills & Experience Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and automation systems Experience with PLC programming and diagnostics Knowledge of industrial controls, motors, sensors, relays, and power distribution systems Physical Requirements This role is active and hands-on.Team members should be comfortable:
