Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to support manufacturing operations through maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of plant equipment and machinery. This role requires a strong technical background, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to safety and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery and electrical systems with minimal supervision Perform electrical wiring, installations, and upgrades based on schematics and documentation Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime Diagnose issues using electrical schematics, ladder diagrams, and diagnostic tools Assist with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic system troubleshooting Install and run conduit, wire-ways, panels, and power drops Build, label, and wire control panels and electrical boxes Update drawings/prints and recommend spare parts or system improvements Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks to support production needs Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations Qualifications Strong experience with industrial electrical systems and machine troubleshooting Knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and high-voltage systems Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and ladder diagrams Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, and PLC troubleshooting (preferred) Proficient with electrical meters and diagnostic instruments (AC/DC circuits) Ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency and accountability Strong communication and teamwork skills Education & Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent hands-on experience preferred Ability to pass an electrician aptitude test
