Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Machine Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing facility. This role is essential for ensuring the optimal operation and longevity of warehouse machinery, including conveyors, forklifts, and automated systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in industrial maintenance, mechanical and electrical systems, and have experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and various diagnostic tools. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on warehouse machinery, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues using precision measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and schematics. Maintain and calibrate equipment utilizing technical skills in welding, including <

Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, track maintenance history, and schedule future tasks. Conduct field service activities on various equipment such as scissor lifts, HVAC/R systems, and other industrial machinery. Support installation projects by interpreting schematics and mechanical drawings to ensure proper setup and alignment. Collaborate with production teams to minimize machine downtime while maintaining safety standards. Assist in training team members on maintenance procedures and safety protocols related to industrial mechanics. Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to high voltage systems, welding operations, and general maintenance activities. Skills Extensive experience working within manufacturing facilities with a focus on industrial maintenance. Proficiency with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and control systems troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, welding techniques ( welding preferred), and mechanical repair. Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting. Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and mechanical diagrams accurately. Electrical experience including low voltage wiring, high voltage safety procedures, ammeters, ohmmeters, and troubleshooting electrical circuits. Skilled in using precision measuring instruments for diagnostics and calibration tasks. Experience with field service operations involving industrial machinery such as scissor lifts or similar equipment. Knowledge of military standards or experience is considered an asset for safety compliance. Excellent analysis skills for diagnosing complex mechanical or electrical issues efficiently.
