Job Description

Overview Mellas Electric is a family-owned, full service electrical contractor serving the Twin Cities area, specializing in commercial and residential new construction. We're looking for a licensed Journeyman Electrician, to join our crew for steady, year-round work. What you'll be doing Rough-in and finish electrical work on new commercial and residential construction projects.
Occasional service work:
Adding / upgrading electrical service on commercial properties. Reading blueprints and electrical plans to execute wiring layouts accurately. Ensuring all work meets NEC (NFPA 70) and local code requirements. Working alongside and mentoring apprentices on-site. What we're looking for Active Minnesota Journeyman Electrician license (required) Solid experience in commercial and/or residential new construction wiring. Comfortable reading blueprints and electrical schematics. Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work independently on a job site. Own hand tools (company provides a work van and covers gas) Pay & Benefits $48•52/hour, based on experience. Company vehicle (van) provided, gas covered. 401(k) with 3% match. Health, dental, and vision insurance. Pay:
$48.00•$52.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0•45.0 per week
