Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for duties associated with the facilities electrical maintenance as well as general upkeep and maintenance of the operational systems.SAFETY:

(comprehensive, but not limited to):Electrical Maintenance:
Ensure the smooth running of the building's electrical system and promptly resolve issues that arise. Inspect electrical systems such as wiring, fixtures, and other appliances. Install feeders, panels, branch circuits, and motor controls. Map, record systems and create & maintain designs of the facilities electrical infrastructure. Identify faults or hazards. Troubleshoot system failures. Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance of electrical systems. Review blueprints to understand wiring placing. Provide suggestions for equipment replacement.Greenhouse Facilities and Systems Maintenance and Construction:
Maintaining and repairing all systems including inflation, electrical, generators, boilers and production equipment. Assist in repairing and installing new systems and greenhouses. Safely use tools and equipment in accordance with company safety standards. Assist with and/or perform additional duties as required by operating needs of the company as directed by management.EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
2 or more years of experience in a similar role. 3-5 years electrical experience/trade school combined High school diploma or equivalent. Journeyman license preferred Must be able to legally work in the United States and have a valid driver's license.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
Demonstrated ownership for decisions and actions; facilitates accountability. Must possess a thorough knowledge of the current National Electrical Code. Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision, showing initiative and good judgement. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and requests. Practical, pragmatic, hardworking and committed. Passionate, driven, with high personal integrity. Demonstrates a strong work ethic, flexible with work hours, and willing to be available when necessary. Does what it takes to get the job done. The qualifications listed above are guidelines.
