Key Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on Medium Voltage electrical construction installs and terminations 15kV-35kV experience required Journeyman Electrical License strongly preferred — any state accepted Hands-on 15kV and/or 35kV cable termination experience required MV industrial certification/training required Pay Based on Years of Experience 5+ years: $40

• 44/hour 6-8 years: $44
• 48/hour 8-9 years: $48
• 52/hour 10+ years: $52
• 60/hour

Per Diem:

$160/day for qualified candidates Schedule Temp-to-Hire | ASAP Start 12-hour shifts, 6 days/week Day or night shift 80%+ travel required Overtime and project rotations available Additional Requirements MV switchgear, e-houses, GSUs, duct banks, and power distribution experience MV switching and clearance procedures Hipot/VLF testing preferred NFPA 70E and LOTO experience required and certifications are strongly preferred Must have verifiable hands-on 15kV-35kV construction and termination experience. 415/480V experience alone does not qualify.
