Electricians — Journeyman, Foreman & Experienced Habco Partnership, Inc. | St. Louis, MO | Full-Time | Field-Based Pay by
Level Journeyman:
$43.84/hr starting, increasing with experience (approx. $100K total package)
Foreman:
$100K+ total package
Experienced Electrician:

About the Opportunity Our St. Louis operation is growing, and we're adding electricians at three levels who take pride in safe, high-quality work. You'll report to the Director of Operations - STL and work directly with local leadership on active projects across the St. Louis area. The Three Levels Journeyman Electrician Current journeyman card or license. You work independently with general supervision, read drawings, and complete installs to plan and code. Foreman You run the crew and the daily assignments: scheduling work, directing electricians and apprentices, and keeping leadership updated on progress and material needs. Experienced Electrician No card is required. If you have solid hands-on field experience and do quality work, you qualify to apply, with room to grow into a journeyman or lead role. What You'll Do Install & service: Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems across the St.
Louis area Build to spec:
Read drawings, stage materials, and complete work to plan and code Work safe: Follow jobsite safety practices and keep your supervisor updated on progress and material needs Lead & mentor: Foremen run crews and daily assignments; all electricians help develop apprentices What You'll BringRequired Hands-on electrical field experience Safety-first mindset, reliable attendance, and pride in quality work Preferred Journeyman license Blueprint reading and strong troubleshooting skills Foreman or crew-lead experience (Foreman roles) Why Habco Steady work: Active projects and a growing St.
