through these duties and responsibilities: Troubleshoot and correct setups, tooling, and malfunctions Operate personnel lifts Perform all repairs and adaptions of equipment, such as; changing air, grease and coolant lines, switches, belts, guards Fabricate miscellaneous items out of wood, metal and Plexiglas Build or fabricate devices to improve quality and production Use hand and power tools Move equipment Plumbing, welding, construction of metal/wood, brazing, soldering Manage maintenance supplies and maintain supply inventory Order spare parts and supplies and rebuild machines as required Routine electronic machine maintenance and upkeep Replace electrical motors and components Wire machines Install new equipment Design components and fabricate Design and install guarding Troubleshoot and replace electronic boards and digital and analog CNC drives Basic Robotics Train team members Adhere to all safety requirements Practice 6S What TOOLS you'll bring with you: Understand and follow verbal and written instructions, as well as drawings and blueprints Certified forklift operator Welding Industrial electricity/wiring Other TOOLS we prefer you to have: 40 semester hours of industrial Trade Training or 5 years general maintenance experience Qualified electrician and basic electronics We provide these great perks and benefits: Robust health, dental and vision insurance plans.
