Pay:
$42 PLUS $147 per diem for non-locals
RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints. Ability to plan, lay-out and install equipment and cabling. Ability to use VOMs, Meggers, Amp and Phase rotation meters, etc. for troubleshooting, testing, and circuit analysis. Experience serving as a Lead Electrician, including guiding and training junior electricians with minimal supervision. Experience with fiber optic connections, topology, and SLQ-32 Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems down to the component level. Knowledge of and ability to accomplish standard items 009-36 and 16's on electrical/electronic equipment. Willingness and ability to complete Connectorization School training when available. Working Knowledge of NAVSEA Standard Items and EPISM (Electric Plant Installation Standard Methods).
