WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Residential Electrician, you'll diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential electrical systems while helping homeowners understand their options and make confident decisions about their homes. Diagnose and troubleshoot residential electrical problems Complete electrical repairs, replacements, upgrades, and installations Work on panels, service upgrades, wiring, lighting, outlets, switches, fixtures, generators, EV chargers, and surge protection Identify code and safety concerns and recommend appropriate solutions Clearly explain findings and available options to homeowners Deliver a professional, respectful customer experience on every call Maintain accurate service documentation, estimates, and invoices Communicate with dispatch, management, and other members of the team Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and stocked Participate in the on-call rotation Follow company safety, quality, and electrical-code standards Participate in ongoing technical and professional training Requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Three years of residential electrical experience requested, but not required Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience with residential electrical service, installation, or both Working knowledge of electrical codes and safe work practices Excellent communication and customer-service skills Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company requirements Dependable, self-motivated, and ready to be part of a team Willingness to learn, adapt, and participate in ongoing training Commitment to quality workmanship and doing the right thing Relevant electrical licenses, certifications, or trade-school training preferred, but not required Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation Benefits
