Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HV/MV Solar Technician to join our dynamic renewable energy team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing high voltage (HV) and medium voltage (MV) photovoltaic (PV) solar systems. Your expertise will ensure the safe and efficient operation of solar energy projects, primarily focusing on onshore renewable energy installations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors on construction sites, utilizing your electrical skills to advance sustainable energy solutions. A strong commitment to electrical safety procedures and NFPA 70 compliance is essential to succeed in this energetic environment. Responsibilities Install, commission, and troubleshoot high voltage (HV) and medium voltage (MV) photovoltaic systems in accordance with electrical blueprints and schematics Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to guide installation and maintenance activities Conduct electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting on complex PV systems using hand tools, power tools, and ladder use techniques Perform fixture installation, wiring, and connections following NEC (National Electrical Code) standards and NFPA 70 safety protocols Ensure all work complies with electrical safety procedures, including
