Monday through Thursday 6:00 AM to 5:30 PM Full time A Confidential Company in Greensboro, NC is seeking experienced Electricians to join a modern vehicle manufacturing operation. This is a Temp to Perm opportunity for candidates who have proven hands on electrical experience and are looking for a long term career opportunity in manufacturing. The facility is air conditioned and heated, providing a comfortable working environment throughout the year. This position involves installing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing electrical systems used in custom vehicle manufacturing. Electricians must be comfortable working from blueprints and technical diagrams, troubleshooting electrical problems, and completing electrical installations accurately and safely.
Primary Responsibilities:
Read and interpret electrical blueprints, technical diagrams, schematics, and drawings to determine wiring layouts and installation requirements Install electrical wiring, control systems, lighting fixtures, and related electrical components Inspect transformers, circuit breakers, wiring, connectors, and other electrical components for defects or potential problems Use electrical testing and diagnostic devices to identify and troubleshoot electrical issues Diagnose electrical failures and determine the appropriate repair or replacement Repair or replace wiring, electrical equipment, components, and fixtures using appropriate hand and power tools Work with automotive electrical fasteners, connectors, crimpers, and related components Complete electrical connections and terminations accurately according to specifications Follow applicable state and local electrical requirements, National Electrical Code requirements, and applicable automotive codes Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, workmanship, and attention to detail Work independently when required while also collaborating with production and electrical team members Assist with directing or training other employees in the proper installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring and equipment when needed Maintain productivity and quality expectations in a fast paced custom vehicle manufacturing environment
Requirements:
Proven professional experience working as an Electrician is required Industrial, manufacturing, automotive, or similar electrical experience is strongly preferred Must have hands on experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, or repairing electrical wiring and equipment Must be able to read and interpret electrical blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings Must have experience using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment Must have strong electrical troubleshooting and problem solving skills Knowledge of the National Electrical Code and applicable electrical regulations is required Experience working with automotive connectors, fasteners, crimpers, wiring, or related electrical components is preferred Must be comfortable using electrical hand tools and power tools Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to electrical safety Must be able to work independently and as part of a manufacturing team High school diploma or equivalent required Electrical apprenticeship or technical school training is preferred Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent credential is a plus ONLY candidates with relevant hands on electrical experience will be considered. This is NOT a training opportunity. No entry level candidates without applicable electrical experience will be considered.
