Service Advisor Department:

In this role, you'll be the trusted partner our clients rely on—keeping clinics running, removing roadblocks, and ensuring care reaches communities without interruption. General As a Service Advisor, you will: Coordinate service work for existing customers, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Client Services, Production, and Engineering teams to align service priorities Maintain accurate customer data and service records in software systems Take ownership of client issues, ensuring timely resolution and proactive communication Develop and maintain service procedures, policies, and standards Assist with outbound service sales activities, including list building, outreach, and meeting schedulingQualifications & Requirements Values :

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience preferredExperience:
Previous experience in client services, operations, or service coordination, with exposure to or involvement in vehicle maintenance and repair activitiesPerformance :
