Job Description

LivSmart Home Services is actively seeking licensed electrical subcontractors across North Carolina to support a growing volume of residential energy-efficiency projects through the Energy Saver North Carolina Program. We are rapidly expanding operations and have immediate project availability for qualified electricians experienced in residential electrical work associated with HVAC and energy-efficiency installations. This is an excellent opportunity for subcontractors looking for consistent residential project volume and long-term partnership opportunities. Scope of Work Electrical work associated with: Heat pump installations Mini-split installations Air conditioning systems Water heater installations Electrical wiring upgrades Circuit additions Disconnects and breaker work Electrical panel upgrades Service upgrades where required Responsibilities Complete residential electrical work safely, professionally, and efficiently Coordinate with LivSmart operations and HVAC installation teams Ensure all work complies with local code and inspection requirements Communicate clearly regarding scheduling, project status, and field conditions Support pre-inspection corrections and job modifications when required Maintain clean and professional job sites Requirements Active North Carolina electrical license Residential electrical experience required Experience supporting HVAC or heat pump installations preferred Ability to pull permits where required Valid insurance and reliable transportation Professional communication and customer service skills What We Offer Consistent residential project volume Immediate work availability Fast onboarding process Weekly invoicing/payment cycles after initial projects Long-term subcontractor partnership opportunities Growing install pipeline through state-supported energy-efficiency programs Apply Today We are actively expanding across North Carolina and looking to build long-term relationships with reliable subcontractors ready to grow with us.
Pay:
