About the Role As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a critical technical resource for our facility, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production systems. You will play a pivotal role in diagnosing complex electrical issues and executing high-level installations to minimize downtime and optimize operational output. Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system failures to maintain continuous production flow. Execute advanced electrical installations and upgrades, ensuring all work adheres to safety and quality standards. Program and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to enhance machine performance and control logic. Interpret intricate mechanical and electrical blueprints to facilitate accurate repairs and system modifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement preventative maintenance strategies that extend equipment lifespan. Utilize specialized tools to perform fabrication and welding tasks, supporting the structural integrity of production machinery. Qualifications Required Skills 3-5 years of hands-on experience in an industrial maintenance or electrical role. Proficiency in troubleshooting 120V through 480V electrical systems. Demonstrated expertise in PLC logic, wiring, and system integration. Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in hydraulics and pneumatics. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and navigating industrial environments. Preferred Skills 2-year degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or a related field. Direct experience with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or Omron control platforms. Experience with servo motor systems and high-precision industrial automation.
