We're looking for an HVAC Electrical Serviceman with at least 5 years of Commercial HVAC experience. Essential Job Functions Cross-Trade Maintenance & Repair:

Perform service calls, repairs, replacements, and installations for electrical equipment, HVAC/R units, and plumbing systems across commercial, industrial, and critical power environments.

Code & Safety Compliance:

Ensure all work adheres strictly to local, state, and federal building codes, as well as site-specific procedures and safety standards.

System Diagnostics & Troubleshooting:

Utilize testing tools to read schematics, evaluate low-voltage controls, and troubleshoot complex trade systems efficiently.

Client & Team Collaboration:

Maintain a professional demeanor while coordinating directly with clients, facility management, and internal team members to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications & Requirements Trade Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC experience, with practical knowledge of commercial electrical and plumbing maintenance.

Certifications & Licensure:

Valid EPA-approved refrigerant handling certification. Valid driver's license required to operate company-provided service vehicles.

Technical Aptitude:

Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and work from blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.

Physical & Environmental Demands:

Ability to position self to inspect and repair equipment in tight, low, or overhead spaces; maneuver trade tools and equipment; and work safely across various field and job-site conditions.

Professional Drive:

Ability to work independently or collaboratively, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to safety and work quality.
