Pay:

$20/hr to start, then production pay by the linear foot. $700-$3,000 a week depending on your skill.

How pay works You start at $20/hr while we find out where you fit. That could be a day, a week or a month. It depends on you. Once you're running, you're paid by the linear foot. Fast, clean installers here make $700 to $3,000 a week. Your pay is set by your skill and what you bring to the table, not by seniority. Grow into your own operation We sponsor people who want to grow in this industry, all the way up to running their own crew or operation. Nothing is off the table. It just has to make sense. What the work is Running seamless 5" and 6" K-style off the machine on site Installing toppers (gutter guards) on existing gutters: fitting, fastening and sealing so they shed water right Hanging hangers, miters, end caps and downspouts Tear-off and haul-away of old gutters Ladder work every day, in Midwest heat and cold Who we want Gutter, gutter guard, roofing, siding or general construction experience. We'll train the right person if you have some trade background. Comfortable on a ladder and able to lift 50 lbs Reliable transportation and showing up on time, every day 1099 applicants with their own truck and tools are a plus.
