2988259649-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Cargill is seeking an Electrician A to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems, motors, and controls to keep production running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, reading electrical schematics, working with PLCs and VFDs, and responding to equipment downtime. You'll partner with production, maintenance, and safety teams to improve reliability and reduce energy use. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical equipment, motors, and control systems. Troubleshoot electrical faults to minimize production downtime. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical systems. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams. Support and troubleshoot PLC- and VFD-controlled equipment. Apply and follow lockout/tagout and electrical safety procedures. Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability. Document maintenance activities and update equipment records. Assist in electrical upgrades, modifications, and new equipment installations. Ensure compliance with
NEC, NFPA 70
E, and Cargill safety standards.
