LEAD ELECTRICIAN

• Lead, direct, and supervise electrical crews across commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
• Mentor Journeymen and Apprentices, turning hands-on demonstration into real career growth.
• Plan and sequence daily and weekly work to keep projects tracking to schedule.
• Own crew labor productivity and budget performance, catching variances before they become problems.
• Champion jobsite safety — daily toolbox talks, hazard walks, and zero-compromise enforcement.
• Serve as the technical and communication bridge between the crew and the Project Manager. What You Bring
• Licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician, current and in good standing.
• 7+ years of electrical construction experience with a track record of increasing responsibility.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience managing crews on commercial/industrial projects.
• Strong working knowledge of the NEC, blueprint reading, and field troubleshooting.
