Job Description
Industrial Electrician:
Install, repair and maintain electrical systems in water and wastewater treatment plants and pumping stations.Position requires the following:
- Minimum 5 years experience.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment.
- Must be able to install electrical systems in a hazardous locations.
- Must be able to install rigid and ocal conduit.
- Work with generators and transfer switches.
- Work with motors, motor control centers, VFDs and controls.
- Be able to work on 3 phase systems from 208 to 480 volts.
- Must have knowledge of electrical installations in hazardous locations.
- Be able to read and understand electrical plans.
- Must have their own hand tools
- Must be able to work with little to no supervision.
- Able to layout and order material for jobs.
- Pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
- Pre-employment physical.
- Must have current NJ drivers license.
