Electrician/Generator Technician
Job Description
Job Scope:
Install, wire, commission, troubleshoot, and service residential and light-commercial electrical systems Install and service automatic standby generators, transfer switches, and associated equipment Perform electrical work in accordance with NEC requirements, manufacturer specifications, and applicable local codes Diagnose electrical and generator-related problems and determine appropriate repairs Perform preventive maintenance and warranty-related service on installed generator systems Read and interpret electrical diagrams, wiring schematics, technical specifications, and installation documentation Verify proper generator sizing and electrical connections based on project requirements Work with natural-gas and propane-powered standby generator systems Assist with generator start-up, testing, commissioning, and customer orientation Identify code, installation, or equipment issues and communicate findings to management and customers Maintain accurate service documentation and job records Coordinate with permitting, inspection, and project personnel as required Maintain a professional appearance and provide courteous, knowledgeable customer service Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized job site Company Details Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.Our comprehensive benefits include:
