Full Job Description Independent Electrical Contracting company in Central NJ seeks an Electrician with experience in running industrial electrical projects. Qualified candidates must have 3+ years of electrical project manager experience. Please do not apply if you do not qualify. A project list of professional references will be required for consideration. Candidate must be willing to travel between jobsites. The successful candidate will be required to manage the day-to-day operations and report directly to their supervisor. Provide technical expertise in installing and troubleshooting electrical wiring and equipment. Work cooperatively with our customers and general contractors in managing the project. Monitor installations and ensure work is performed according to company standards and project specifications. Proactive communication and teamwork are essential to be successful in this position.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

• Drive profitability through effective project execution.
• Review the overall contractual requirements for all projects.
• Ensure schedule requirements are met for all projects.
• Readily adjust priorities and milestones based upon changing customer needs, resource availability and job requirements.
• Interact with the customer to ensure expectations are understood and met before, during and after project completion.
• Ensure all work performed meets with NEC, federal, state, county, local codes, and contract documents.
• Manage, mentor, and develop all employees.
• Perform duties in the most efficient and cost-effective manner as possible.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Large projects experience preferred.
• Ability to take projects from start to finish and project management..
• Minimum of 3 years of electrical management experience. Experience in troubleshooting PLC'S, three phase equipment
• Advanced abilities in reading and interpreting electrical plans and specifications.
• Demonstrated track record of successful project leadership with experience managing foreman.
