Applicants must have at least 5 years of experience working under a licensed plumber or electrician and be confident performing major plumbing and electrical repairs without constant supervision. Experience diagnosing and repairing boilers, water heaters, HVAC systems, pumps, drains, electrical circuits, panels, outlets, switches, lighting, and other residential building systems is required. We are looking for someone who is dependable, takes pride in quality workmanship, can troubleshoot problems efficiently, and gets the job done right the first time. Applicants must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and their own tools . The ideal candidate is professional, honest, organized, able to work independently, and comfortable handling service calls and larger repair projects. Competitive pay based on experience with year-round, full-time work and opportunities for growth.
