We're expanding our team and seeking an Experienced Electrician who takes pride in their craft and thrives in a collaborative, safety‑focused environment. Position Overview The Experienced Electrician will perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, with a strong emphasis on professionalism, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in their technical abilities and comfortable working in active facilities. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment Perform LED lighting upgrades, retrofits, and related electrical work Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and site‑specific safety protocols Collaborate with project managers, crew leads, and facility personnel Maintain accurate documentation of work performed Operate lifts, ladders, and other equipment safely and responsibly Qualifications Minimum 2 years of professional electrical experience Valid electrical license or equivalent experience (state requirements may vary) is a massive plus Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety standards Must speak, read, and write fluent English Ability to work at heights and use lifts or scaffolding Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Valid driver's license and dependable transportation What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for overtime Steady pipeline of projects Supportive team culture Training and advancement opportunities
