Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure the highest level of expertise and compliance. Provide guidance and training to junior electricians and apprentices, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Respond promptly to emergency calls and troubleshoot electrical issues to minimize disruption to operations and ensure the safety of personnel and facilities.
Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of an electrician apprenticeship program or vocational training in electrical work.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an electrician in a commercial or industrial setting. Proven track record of installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components. Experience in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations. Proficiency in using electrical tools and equipment, including multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power tools.
