What You'll Do:

Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including PLCs, motors, and VFDs Perform preventative maintenance and respond to emergency repairs Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams Maintain and improve control systems and plant equipment Install and modify electrical components and wiring Support continuous improvement and uptime across the facility

What We're Looking For:

3-5+ years of electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting Experience with PLC troubleshooting and industrial equipment Strong mechanical and electrical problem-solving ability Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and controls is a plus
