You'll work on active commercial jobsites handling a variety of electrical installations — from running conduit and pulling wire to installing fixtures, devices, panels, and other electrical equipment. You'll play an important role in keeping projects moving, meeting deadlines, and delivering quality work from start to finish. Commercial Electrician Responsibilities Perform commercial electrical installation and service work Install and run conduit, including EMT and rigid conduit Pull, route, and terminate electrical wire and cable Install lights, outlets, switches, panels, and electrical devices Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and project plans Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs Work safely and efficiently on active commercial jobsites Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Work closely with electricians, foremen, and other trades to keep projects on schedule Follow all jobsite safety standards and procedures Take pride in producing quality work and completing tasks correctly To succeed in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 6 years of commercial electrical experience Strong skills in conduit installation, wire pulling, and commercial electrical installations Experience with lights, outlets, switches, panels, and electrical devices Ability to follow electrical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications Basic hand & power tools required for electrical work Proper PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, boots, etc.) Ability to perform physical tasks and work on active commercial jobsites
Pay Range:
