Job Overview At L&C Electric, we deliver high-quality electrical solutions for projects across New York and New Jersey. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead our projects and drive operational success. Job Responsibilities Oversee and manage electrical projects from planning to completion. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members. Coordinate inspections, permits, and all regulatory requirements. Prepare and review project estimates, budgets, and progress reports. Supervise electricians and subcontractors to ensure safety and productivity. Identify and resolve project issues to maintain smooth operations. Qualifications Minimum 5-8 years of experience managing electrical or construction projects (required). Strong understanding of electrical systems, blueprints, and industry standards.
Bilingual:
Fluent in both English and Spanish (preferred). Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills. Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Procore, Monday.com, or similar). Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and compliance management.
