Job Description

Wolf Innovations is seeking an experienced Electrical Lead to oversee commercial and residential electrical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical installation, troubleshooting, and project coordination, along with proven experience supervising electrical crews. The Electrical Lead will be responsible for managing day-to-day field operations, ensuring work is completed safely, correctly, and according to project plans, specifications, and applicable electrical codes.
Location:
Various Responsibilities Supervise and lead electricians and apprentices on commercial and residential projects. Plan and coordinate daily electrical work and assign tasks to crew members. Read and interpret electrical plans, blueprints, schematics, and specifications. Perform and oversee installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems. Ensure projects are completed according to plans, specifications, schedules, and quality standards. Coordinate electrical work with general contractors, subcontractors, project managers, and other trades. Monitor job progress and communicate updates, challenges, and material needs to management. Ensure proper materials, tools, and equipment are available for each project. Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with applicable electrical codes. Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions in the field. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site. Enforce company safety policies. Train, mentor, and provide direction to electricians and apprentices. Assist with estimating labor and material requirements when needed. Track labor, materials, and job progress. Communicate professionally with customers, general contractors, and other project stakeholders. Complete required documentation, daily reports, and other project paperwork. Perform hands-on electrical work when necessary to support the crew and project schedule. Other responsibilities as needed. Qualifications Minimum 10+ years of experience in an electrical leadership or supervisory role. Strong commercial and/or residential electrical experience. Thorough knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, and troubleshooting. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints. Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable local requirements. Proven ability to lead, train, and manage an electrical crew. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to work in construction environments and perform physical duties as required. OSHA safety knowledge/training preferred.
Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 60.0 per week
