Installs electrical wiring and lighting in new construction, and repairs or upgrade wiring, outlets or other parts of older electrical systems. Checks safety and makes installations or repairs that are in compliance with local building codes. May also specialize in electrical work required in different manufacturing industries, electrical systems for cars, plane or boats, or electrical and lighting work in the film industry.

Job Description
Electrical Service Tech Job Role:
- Electrical maintenance such as diagnosing electrical problems; installing and repairing wiring, conduit, parts, and components etc for setting up electric battery chargers.
- Install Battery Charger wiring and receptacles for Forklift Chargers, Truck & Vehicle Chargers. Diagnose electrical problems where applicable; determining requirements
- Install, wire and mount new LED high bays and Emergency Lighting for warehouses, parking garages, outdoor parking lots and commercial job sites.
- Field wiring to be done in accordance with the NEC, complying with legal regulations and building codes. Clean, quality work in accordance with company policy.
- Test electrical systems for proper operation by observing and conducting inspections and testing procedures.
- Complete Service logs and responsible for tools and equipment maintenance, following operatpr safety manuals.
