What You'll Do Drive a company-provided service vehicle to multiple residential service calls each day Diagnose and repair electrical issues efficiently and safely Install and replace switches, receptacles, lighting, ceiling fans, EV chargers, panels, and other residential electrical equipment Clearly explain findings and recommendations to homeowners Maintain clean, organized work areas and represent the company professionally Work independently while staying connected with the office and team Qualifications Residential service electrical experience required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage your daily schedule Excellent communication and professionalism Huge Bonus Points Experience installing or troubleshooting custom LED strip lighting Smart home, lighting control, or low-voltage experience Sales or service advisor experience Our technicians are never expected to pressure customers, but if you can educate clients and identify legitimate opportunities to improve their homes, commission opportunities are available.
