Project Manager / Operations Manager Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead electrical installation teams supporting communications and telecommunications projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and industrial electrical work, proven leadership abilities, and experience managing crews, schedules, safety, and quality standards. This individual will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and according to company and customer specifications. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supervise and lead electrical crews on communications and infrastructure projects. Plan, organize, and assign daily work activities to electricians and apprentices. Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, electrical drawings, and project specifications. Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to maintain project schedules. Ensure all installations comply with NEC, local codes, and company safety policies. Conduct job site inspections to verify quality workmanship and adherence to project requirements. Troubleshoot electrical systems and provide technical guidance to field personnel. Maintain accurate daily reports, production logs, and project documentation. Coordinate with project managers, customers, subcontractors, and other trades. Order materials and manage inventory to prevent project delays. Lead safety meetings and promote a culture of workplace safety. Train and mentor electricians, apprentices, and junior team members. Qualifications Required Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman managing electrical crews. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Commercial or Industrial Electrician . Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC). Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications. Experience managing multiple projects, schedules, and field personnel. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass background screening and pre-employment requirements. Preferred Telecommunications or communications infrastructure experience. Journeyman Electrician License. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification. Experience with low-voltage systems, structured cabling, fiber optics, and communications equipment. Proficiency with project management and reporting software. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in varying weather conditions.
