Graveyard Shift | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (3 months of training on the day shift)

Maintenance Electrician Are you an experienced maintenance professional with strong electrical troubleshooting skills? We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay, steady hours, and the chance to grow with an established company. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits, equipment, and production machinery. Perform maintenance and calibration of furnace controls. Maintain and repair plant electrical and communication systems. Assist with installation of new equipment and electrical systems. Troubleshoot PLC controls, digital processors, and SCR drives. Maintain and repair large industrial motors used in manufacturing operations. Complete preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Collaborate with engineering and production teams on equipment improvements and installations. Follow all safety, environmental, ARC Flash, NFPA, and NEC guidelines. Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately. Qualifications 3 to 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings. Experience working with PLCs, digital logic circuits, and electrical testing equipment. Basic computer skills required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Basic English reading and writing skills. Strong attention to safety and detail.
