Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Staff member to join our team. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our facilities. Your expertise will ensure that our property remains welcoming and operational, delivering a positive experience for all guests and staff. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building interior and exterior facilities to ensure safety and functionality. Conduct repairs on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC units, and other mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals. Utilize hand tools, electrical equipment, and ohmmeters to troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues efficiently. Maintain facilities equipment including HVAC systems, plumbing systems, electrical wiring, and building interior fixtures. Carry out maintenance painting, carpentry work, and general repairs to uphold the property's appearance and integrity. Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities and document completed work accurately. Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance requests promptly and professionally. Requirements Proven experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO), including electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC system repair. Ability to operate hand tools, electrical equipment repair tools, and ohmmeters effectively. Knowledge of facilities maintenance standards for residential or commercial properties. Experience with plumbing system maintenance and repair as well as HVAC systems is highly desirable. Fluency in English with excellent communication skills for clear documentation and team collaboration.
