Learn more about us at www.sureelectricllc.com Key Responsibilities Arrive on time and maintain consistent daily attendance Deliver excellent communication and customer service during each interaction Troubleshoot, diagnose, install, and repair electrical components in homes and businesses Communicate effectively with our in-office management team to report diagnostic findings, provide updates, and coordinate next steps for repairs or replacements. Manage inventory of tools and materials in the company vehicle to ensure high first-time complete rates. Collaborate with dispatchers for efficient scheduling and timely communication with customers Document work completed, including photos and summaries, via service software Qualifications 3+ years of consistent electrical experience Working knowledge of local and National Electrical Code Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to clearly explain technical issues to both homeowners and our internal office team.
