Lead and coordinate high-quality electrical installations and repairs on diverse commercial and light industrial sites.Technical Precision:
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment to execute layouts accurately from blueprints and schematics, always maintaining strict compliance with NEC standards.Team Collaboration:
Partner effectively with construction teams, general contractors, and project managers to keep jobs running safely and on schedule.Safety First:
Maintain safe job sites by strictly adhering to all company and federal safety protocols.Schedule & Location Project Location:
Initial project reporting location is in Lancaster, NY 14086 .Work Schedule:
Full-time. Expect a dynamic on-the-road schedule, typically working 5 to 6 days a week. Flexibility is key, as shifts may vary between day and overnight schedules depending on the specific project needs.Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of proven commercial electrical experience.Travel Flexibility:
100% travel required, with a passion for working on the road.Professional References:
Ability to provide 2 professional employment references from previous managers or supervisors (no coworker references, please).Language:
Professional proficiency in English is required.Screening:
Must be able to successfully pass a standard pre-employment drug screen, employment verification, and background check.Compensation, Perks, & Benefits Competitive Pay:
