Overview Now Hiring:
Licensed Electrician / Electrical Operations Manager Rockland County, NY We're looking for an experienced Licensed Electrician who is ready to step into a leadership role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing projects, leading teams, and maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise electrical crews Train, mentor, and develop electricians and apprentices Ensure all work is completed safely and in full compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and all local codes Review plans and prepare accurate estimates and job takeoffs Oversee projects from start to finish, including scheduling, material coordination, and quality control Conduct job site inspections to ensure work meets company standards and code requirements Communicate with customers, inspectors, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule
Compensation & Benefits:
