Pay rate:

Starting at $30.00 per hour (DOE) Working hours: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Demonstrate knowledge and experience with industrial electrical practices and systems. Skillfully bend, install, and secure electrical conduit according to drawings, specifications, and applicable codes. Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC), OSHA safety requirements, and applicable local electrical codes. Perform accurate wire termination, identification, and labeling to ensure safe and organized electrical installations. Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Quickly diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical issues and system malfunctions using sound problem-solving skills. Use multimeters, voltage testers, and other electrical testing equipment to safely test, diagnose, and verify electrical systems. Maintain a strong focus on electrical safety, quality, accuracy, and compliance throughout all assigned work. Safely and effectively use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and electrical equipment. Be willing and able to cross-train in other skilled trades or areas of the operation as needed to support team and project requirements.

Qualifications:

Must be eligible to work in the United States. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English. Must have strong mechanical skills and experience with basic hand and light power tools. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and may occasionally lift over 50 lbs, where employee assistance is required. Must be able to stand for long periods. High school diploma or equivalent. Able to do basic computer tasks.
