Job Description

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a skilled Industrial Electrical Panel Wire Technician to join a growing team near Perrysburg, OH. This role requires hands-on experience with electrical wiring, the ability to interpret schematics, and the assembly of control systems while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Assemble, wire, and test electrical control panels according to engineering drawings and specifications Read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical documents to ensure accurate panel wiring Wire components such as relays, PLCs, switches, transformers, and circuit breakers Measure, bend, and install conduit runs to support panel installations Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment Ensure all work meets safety guidelines, industry standards, and internal quality checks Lift and position parts or panels as needed during assembly and installation Qualifications Previous experience wiring electrical control panels or performing similar industrial electrical work Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics Familiarity with conduit bending and installation techniques Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical testing equipment High School Diploma or GED required; technical training in electrical or industrial systems preferred About Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is an international recruiting and staffing firm specializing in Engineering, Technical, and Professional positions.
