Assembly Electrician Job Details Schedule :
Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-2:30 PM, plus overtime
Pay Rate :
$21.00-$25.00/hr, depending on experience
Location :
Cincinnati, OH Assembly Electrician Requirements/Qualifications 50/50 electrical and mechanical assembly experience preferred. Extensive knowledge of electrical components required. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints. Knowledge of electrical safety codes and OSHA regulations. Basic hand tools appropriate for electrical work required. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to test electrical circuits, devices, and assembled equipment. About the Assembly Electrician Role As an Assembly Electrician, your responsibilities will include: Gather the necessary parts and materials to assemble each unit. Assemble and build equipment in the proper sequence. Perform electrical and mechanical assembly of equipment. Install and wire control panels, junction boxes, disconnect switches, and other electrical components. Wire motors, proximity switches, photo-eyes, and related equipment. Test electrical circuits and devices. Test run each completed piece of equipment. Ensure equipment is fully wired, labeled, and functional according to customer specifications. Complete and sign inspection reports. Follow all safety rules, electrical codes, OSHA requirements, and company procedures.
